We are looking for a monitoring solution to help us push the use of our Video Conferencing solutions. Some of the things we are tying to do is get an automated reporting on units going offline/unregistered. We'd like to be able to put some constraints on this like it must be offline for 15 min before we get an alert.
In our infrastructure we have some video endpoints registered to UCM and some to VCS.
We have also talked a little about call quality monitoring so we can be alerted when quality is poor so those things can be addressed.
Are there any products out there that might fit these things?
