Hi All,
We have a HQ setup with a cluster of BE6000 with approx 1000 phones, and 20 CCX agents.
HQ serivces, include CUCM, CUCN, UCCX & finesse
We now would like to propose UC services for our remote offices overseass.
Requirement as below.
- Standalone system with no dependency on HQ with own E1/FXO lines as site needs to be reliable on its own
- Call processing that can support integration with existing HQ PABX with the ability to make voip calls between HQ & remote sites
- 10 phones
- Auto Attendant and other standard features of a small office PABX
- Voicemail
- 3-4 CCX agents
Should we be looking into SRST/CCME or BE6000s setup?
If we were to go CCME/BE6000s setup, do we do a SIP trunk back to HQ for calls between sites<-->HQ?
Then again what is the best way to extend my CCX finesse agents to the remote sites? I can think of VPN, but is there any other better alternatives?
Appreciate any advise
