UCCX 12.5.1 Unable to Communicate with Finesse XMPP on Port 5223

Hello,

I am having trouble communicating with Finesse XMPP on port 5223. I tried verifying its functionality using the following CLI command:

utils finesse set_property webservices enableExternalNotificationPortAccess true

However, I received the error:

Unknown property: enableExternalNotificationPortAccess

On the other hand, when I use telnet, the port appears to be open, but I encounter the following error:

stream could not be negotiated.

Note: Port 5222 (non-secure) works correctly.

Can anyone help me understand why this is happening or provide guidance on how to resolve the issue?
