There is CUCM 8.5 integrated with Cisco business attendant console(CUBAC) using CTI app
Users usually press 9 to contact reception, and when dial 9 its not ringing.
- When dial 09 XXX-XXXX(Reception number) from PSTN, it works.
- there is a translation pattern on Call manager 8, its mapped to 1901.
- When we dial 1901, then its only ringing.
