Unable to import all users with Unity import tool

Unity 3.1.

The unity server peers with a single Exgh 5.5 machine.

The "import add user" tool has worked for about 90% of the users within the Exchange server. The remaining 10% are not seen by unity. When I log into Exchange Admin, I can see the remaining users. There does not appear to be a difference between these user mailboxes and the one that worked successfully.

Any ideas?

Open Exchange Administrator up in raw mode, and go into a recipient's raw properties and change the "Allow Rich Text" attribute to 1. You should then be able to import that user.
