Hi,
One of my user is having a problem with leaving voice mails when she called to mobiles from Cisco UC integration 10.6.
But when the same call is made via VOIP phone, there is no problem.
I tried re-installing the app, upgraded to 11.6 didn't help much.
We configured a test softphone with her extn and made several test calls. All the test calls were successful.
So what might be the problem ?
