I am having a remote user trying to make a dial up connection ( data )via analog line terminated on a VG248 device but he is unable to make the connection the same user when he trs to make a analog voice call via VG248 he is able to make the voice call
Request you to pls let me know what could be the problem & if some one had faced such situation & had a workaround pls let me know

These violations is definitely something we'll need to address as they certainly will contribute to the failing modem calls.

I've had problems with this myself.
What is the VG248's uplink to the network?
Is that port configured with any QOS settings? You must remember that VG248 is not marking layer 2.
Is your gateway using fax-passthrough or fax-relay?
Also, there are some settings on the VG port you should turn off for optimization. For instance, turn off CWI, and extra things like this.

We had the problem with faxes
It seems data ethernet PATH between gateway (AS5350 in our case) and VG248 must be fixed in link speed (no auto negotiation) ->
speed 100
duplex full
It seems those packets made problems sometimes.
