We have the Cisco Webex Board Pro 75 and I am unable to share my screen from my laptop. First, I tap "Share Screen" on the Webex board. Next I go to share.webex.com and enter the 9 character code displayed on the Webex Board. Then I enter the 4 digit code into my browser screen and I click "Connect". I get a message on my browser screen saying that I'm connected and that I can start sharing my screen. I click "Share Screen" and then I get a popup box and I have to select if I want to share my entire screen or a window. I select "Entire Screen" and then click "Allow". Then the screen just starts cycling and eventually times out and nothing gets shared. I had a co-worker try from her computer and the same thing happened. Why can't we share our screen? Note: We are using a wireless connection. Let me know if additional information is needed.
