Unity 2.4.6.102 - undelete messages

I have Unity 2.4.6.102. One of my users has deleted a message from their voicemail. How do I undelete it?

In 2.x there's no way to undelete a message removed over the phone... in 3.x and alter there's an option in the user's class of service to send messages deleted over the phone to the deleted items folder or not - if that's set you can go fish it out of the deleted items folder from Outlook as normal.

Thank you. Is the deleted message still somewhere within the exchange information store? I am thinking maybe there is a way I can get into exchange and retrieve it.

Well... Exchange does have an internal "dumpster" which by default keeps stuff around by default for 24 hours (although this can be adjusted in Exchange). You can check out the ExMerge tool from Microrosoft - it does have the ability to pulll messages out of the dumpster I believe.
