Unity 2.4 Build 2.4.6.102

Hello<br>After we upgrade to Unity 2.4 Build 2.4.6.102, the system has been unstable.<br>1. When you try to call a user and use a call handler the system sometimes just hangs up.<br>2. We are not able to run any reports<br>3. I don't have any snappy answers for you out here... we certainly don't have any known problems in 2.4.6 (running on lots of sites) along these lines other than there are some bugs in the reports engine. Once a report gets hung up in the queue, it prevents any reports behind it from executing. You should be able to flush the queue... do ALL reports fail? That would be unusual.

dropping calls... are these release transfers or what's the sequence here? when you say 'problems retrieving voice mail' what do you mean? I'm assuming you're running a 1.0.0.28 of the AvCiscoTSP?

You should really open a TAC case and get someone looking at these. Could be some TSP/CM config issues on dropping calls that should be straight forward enough to troubleshoot.
