Hi,<br><br>I have a Cisco Unity installed on the same machine as Exchange 2000. It has been running for a few months. There is no change ever since it was installed.<br><br>Yesterday, there is high utilization on the CPU. Next it hangs. When i reboot it, under the event viewer it shows "" The server was unable to add the virtual root /Exadmin for the directory \\.\BackOfficeStorage due to the following error : The system could not find the path specified. The data is the error code."<br><br>I supsect Exchange 2000 server is source of the problem. Any suggestion ????<br><br>Thanks.<br><br>Cheng Sim<br><br>

You might want to check on Google or support.microsoft.com.

Hi,
Based on the error message on the event viewer, can we conclude that it is Exchange 2000 server starting problem ?

It might not be Exchange but I can tell you for sure that it is not Unity. Maybe it is http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q259373. I can't say for sure because you didn't include the source process or event ID.
