Unity 3.0 won't accept administrator password

Has anyone ran into an issue where during the configuration setup of Unity 3.0, it will not accept the password of the administrator account?

I have verified that the account is the same that Exchange 2000 was installed under and the password is typed in correctly. The configuration setup program tells me that the "password is incorrect"

This is a single server in a lab running Windows 2000 sp 2, Active directory, Exchange 2000 & Unity 3.0. Everything installs fine until configuring Unity. Any ideas?

This problem is due to the effective settings in the local security policy. The account that you are logging into needs to have "effective settings" to Act as part of the Operating System, Log on Locally, and Log on as a Service. Check the Policy settings on your domain controller.
