Unity 3.13 & CM 3.1 15s delay problem

hi,

i have a strange one.

i have one call manager serving two unity systems for testing purposes. on the one unity box, all works, except that whenever anyone rings unity it takes 15s before the voice mail starts. NOT 15s to go through to unity, unity answers the call immediately; but waits 15s AFTER answering before doing unity voicemail stuff! this is the same if it's a subscriber or outside caller leaving a message, or a subscriber collecting their own voice mails. i HAVE changed the 15s timeout on callmanager to 5s to be sure, but no change (the other unity works perfectly).

anyone got any ideas?

Sounds like the incorrect switch file is selected on Unity. If you go to the SA switch page, ensure that the system is set up to use the Call Manager integration with TAPI. Any changes here will require a restart of Unity (not necessarily the server, just Unity).
