Unity 4.0 - External voice messages are silent

This is a new installation. I verified that only one nic is enabled on the Unity server. The complete message is silent no matter the length of the message. If you chose option 3 to listen to your message before sending, its silent. If I try from an internal phone everything is fine.

Thanks for the info. It turned out to be an IOS bug with ver 12.2(13)T1. I went to T3 and the issue was resolved. TAC said the sampling rate in T1 was not 20ms even though it reported it was.
