I have a problem at a customer's site that is running Unity 4.0.4sr1. Some users’ mailboxes are getting filled with messages in their draft folder. They use Unity only for voicemail and they do not use outlook to access it. The messages in their draft folder consume their mailbox quota and then they are not able to get new voicemails. I know this is probably because of some permissions problem on sending messages to certain users and the messages bounces back to their draft folder. Is there any way to block these emails from arriving in this draft folder? The Mailbox Manager script in the Unity tool box does not have a built in script to flush the drafts folder so the only way to resolve this is through manually removing the messages view web outlook on the server..
