Not real sure what you mean by "within visualMessaingInterface there is no file" - there shouldn't be. CiscoPCA isn't going to show up in IIS as a folder - this is all handled as part of the redirection logic added - if you disabled it that's probably why this isn't working.

If you're Unity server name is "MyUnity" you should be able to enter "http://myunity/web/aa" into the URL and have it take you right to the PCA - this is installed automatically, there's nothing else you need to do. I don't know what you "disabled temproarily" but if that doesn't work I suspect this has something to do with it.

hi lindborg

when i change to redirection to [servername]/ciscopca back i get an error as before

HTTP 404 - File not found

Internet Information Services

and i don´t find any web or virtual folder for that link in IIS

Can you please help me to solve that ?

We're seeing the same thing. Using the url http://unity/web/aa we get redirected to http://unity/ciscocpa with a page not found error.

My account is licensed for Unity Assistant, but not VMI. Is that the problem?

The clients development team folks suggest that maybe the "TomCat" service in the SCM is not running. By default it's set to automatic and should be up and flying but check to see if it's up. The redirection will still take effect but you'll get that "page not found" error like you're seeing.
