Unity 4.02 DID not reachable externally

External calls can reach all CCM extensions, but Unity will not answer consitantly, regardless of what DN we set the pilot to be. Any help greatly appreciated

What happens when you call it? Do you get ring no answer or reorder tone? What codec are you using on the gateway? Unity needs g.729a or g.711ulaw.

I hear one ring then the call hangs up. No reorder, no RNA. The codec in use on the VG-200 is g.711ulaw. Thanks

Keith, I managed to capture some digit analysis. Please let me know what you think. One more symptom, is that upon reboot, external access works--once, after that it wont respond to external access until I reboot again. Thanks
