The Auto Attendant runs for about 15 seconds. The last option in the Auto Attendant is press 6 for Corporate Directory. If you press 6 any time during the greeting you can get to the corporate directory. If you wait until after the Auto Attendant gives you the option to press 6 for the corporate directory A unity prompt says "sorry there is no operator available at this time".

sounds like the key press is coming after the greeting has terminated... you can tack on some silence to the end of the greeting to give yourself more time or, probably better, have the greeting repeat once - on the greetings page at the bottom there is an option for repeating the greeting X times and including Y seconds of silence before it repeats. If you have a configuration where you're expecting user input it's always good to have several seconds of additional greeting text (i.e. "or you can stay on the like to reach an operator...") or silence after the last key option is voiced.
