Unity cluster licensing

if i want to set up unity with unified messaging with 2 unity servers for failover what software licenses do i need to purchase. I know i have to buy

UNITYU200-12-3.1=

for 12ports/200 users if i had 1 server but if i have 2 servers what would be the additional license requirements?

i could not find this clearly documented anywhere.

Failover is priced $1500/processor and $36 per UM user.

For 4.0, under the UNITY-4.0 top line product ID:

UNITY-FOVRSVR4-32 or UNITY-FOVRSVR33-UP

UNITYUM-FOVR-USR

For 3.1, under the UNITY-FAILOVER-3.1 top line product ID:

UNITY-FOVRSER4-32 or UNITY-FOVRSER40-72

UNITYUM-FOVR-USR
