We have a Unity 3.0(2)and when the password expires the user changes the password but the timer does nt reset so the next time they log in they get prompted to change their password again. Any ideas as to what the issue is? If I change the password via SA and force the user to change password then it resets and everything is OK.

It's a known bug. I am not sure of the bug number but you can go look it up.

one of my customer has the same problem, does anyone have solution or work around for this bug ?

I have run into the same situation and what I did for the work around was put a check mark in the password never expires box under the subscriber.

I think this is bug CSCdu71673. I believe it is fixed in 3.1(2).

I also have this info.
This is bug CSCdu71673. Lots of ways to fix this one. I have customers run the bulk edit and set the PHONE PASSWORD to PASSWORD NEVER EXPIRES. Fixed in 3.1(2).
