I have FXO line coming into the 2611 gateway which has call routing capabilities. Busy or unanswer calls will forward to Unity VoiceMail Main Greeting. I got it to work that far but when Unity announces "dial an extension any time...", I dial extension x5001 which is already created in Unity but it rings back the main operator instead of other IP phone at that extension. Am I missing something in Unity config ? Thanks for all suggestions.<br>Duc Vu<br><br><br>

You can either pin-down or isolate Unity to the problem by placing a call into Unity with an IP phone, and attemtping to transfer to x5001. Does it work? If so, the transfer problem when the caller is external (coming in over th FXO), is probably not a Unity problem.

So what you mean is that if IP phone to IP phone works then it is not Unity problem, am I right ? I'll try it tomorrow and let you know. Thanks for help.

I had followed your guidance to narrow down the problem. From an IP phone calling another IP phone and get Unity main greeting but still unable to reach the desired extension. So Unity can't forward calls for both PSTN and internal phones. Any idea ? Thanks.
