Unity doesn't recognized conference phone

I have conference phone which works when you dial internal extension. but when some dial from outside and call is answered by unity but when tried to dial the conference extension ,it is not recognized by unity. It is because it is not associated to any user.How do you configure any extension which is configured in call manger but not in unity. How unity will answer to those extension? or unity knows about those extension by default.

You can create a callhandler with the phone's extension. So I think what you are trying to do is to dial into Unity General Greeting, and then transfer back to the conference phone but that extension is not known to Unity. Adding a CH will not invoke a subscriber license.
