Unity failover licenses

Hello,

When adding a failover unity server, do we need to purchase any licenses or will the failover server use the licenses of the primary server?

unless it has changed , I believe you willl need to buy a per processor server license at around $1500 usd and a per subsciber cal at around $40 usd per subscriber.
