Hi, we're running unity 2.46 and callmanager 3.14a, tsp 6.01. Intermittantly, but often, callers leave messages in a mailbox and the message plays back silent. The silence plays for the same length of time that the caller was talking. Any ideas?

sounds like a one way audio issue - most commonly related to multiple NICs in a box but not always. Here's a tech tip that may help:
