Unity standard conversation

Is there a document out there that addresses all the conversation prompts available in Unity 3.x and 4.x?? An example being, if you want to reply to a voice message, you can press "44" to send a reply. This is not available in the standard basic conversation prompt document I found on the Cisco site. Can anyone guide me?
