Is there a way to "boost" the volume of voice mail messages, especially when they are played over the sound card on a computer? Sometimes the messages are at such a low volume, I can't hear them even with the volume turned up completely.
Is this a Unity issue or a Call Manager issue?

By the way, we are running with CM version 3.2(2c) and Unity UM version 3.1(5)

You can either use the WavGain or SetVolume utilities on Jeff's site.

You should use use the WavGain utility to set those two registry keys to 0, and then use the SetVolume utility to tweak the audio until it's a desirable volume.
