Upgrade CCM 6.0

Hii Experts,,

If I want to upgrade CCM 5.0 to 6.0. What I have to do? and PLZ tell me if it is enough to upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1 using cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.1..., and do the same steps to upgrade from 5.1 to 6.0 using cisco-ipt-k9-patch6.0.1.2000...., Do I have to make a backup to from 5.0 and restor it to 5.1 and then to 6.0 or it is enough to restore it in 6.0 without 5.1.

PLZ need you help.

most of the patches available on CCO are for specific upgrades so check which ones are available to plan the upgrade path.
