we have cucm , IM&P 10.5
we are thinking to upgrade expressway from 8.6 to 8.8.2 or later to solve vulnerability , is this support with existing cucm , IM&P version?? please advise if there is any risk??

Yes, if you're using it for MRA 8.8 still supports UC 9.1(2) and above, make sure to read the RN to learn about all the changes.
