Upgrade from Callmanager 4.0.2a to 4.1.3 direct from download?

Is it possible to upgrade from Callmanager 4.0.2a to 4.1.3 direct from a web download? It could be just me, but the compatibility matrix doesn't help me understand the upgrade options very well.

Will the file ciscocm-ffu.4-1-3.exe work for the upgrade?

I understand I can order the cd but I'm not sure if that is "clean install" cd or an upgrade cd.

From the Release Notes:

"If you are upgrading from Cisco CallManager 3.3, you must use the disks from

4.1(3) software kit.

If you are upgrading from Cisco CallManager 4.0, you can upgrade by using the

Cisco CallManager 4.1(3) software kit or by using the web download file."

so, you should be able to upgrade from te downloaded file.

Yes, that should work. You dont need the Cds unless you are running 3.3.
