Upgrading Callmanager 3.2 to 3.3

Because 3.2 uses SQL7 and 3.3 uses SQL2000, can I upgrade from SQL7 to SQL2000, or does SQL need to be installed from new ??

You can just do the upgrade. basically it unistalls version 7 and installs v 2K. Here are some docs on the upgrade:

Actaully, there is no uninstall when upgrading from 3.2 to 3.3. The process will have you backup the 3.2 server and 3.3 will be a new/clean installation which includes SQL2K. Through the upgrade procedure the SQL7 DBs will be upgraded to SQL2K during the restore.
