Upgrading firmware on 7960

I'm trying to update the firmware on a 7960 from SCCP 5.3(4) to SIP 7.4.0. I've been following the procedure C described on http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_ipphon/english/ipp7960/addprot/mgcp/frmwrup.htm#wp1048867

but when the phone boots try to load the file P0S....sbn, but the .sbn has the name P00... not P0S....

Any idea?

i've the same problem ... i'v tried with some attempts (file renaming, ... Univesal Application Uploader ...) but i'v failed.

I hope someone can help us.
