**URGENT***Find Phones

Hello Everyone,

I recently tried to use the "show risdb query phone" in CUCM 8.6 CLI but it didnt work instead it gave me "openMMF on PhoneTable failed." error message. I have tried Searching it online but found nothing.

Hi Abdullahi,

In normal working conditions, you would see this error if there are no IP Phones registered to the node (or CCM service is deactivated) against which you ran this query.

Thanks for your help, I was using that command in the publisher while the phones were registered in Subscriber
