I apologize if the question has been asked and answered.
My organization is looking at using Zscaler for VPN with no VOIP traffic. I am being asked how we can have Jabber users on-prim and off-prem use the Expressways and RMA. Has anyone done this before? We would have to do this for about 4,000 users.
This is all the information I was provided to research this question.
This is a scenario where I don't know what I don't know.
Thank you.

In Zscaler there is an exception list where you need to put the Expressway MRA E FQDNs and the SRV records _collab-edge._tls.<domain> and _cisco-uds._tcp.<domain>, there could be more, but these are the ones that comes to mind straight away. This will exclude the traffic from going over ZPA, Zscaler Private Access, that is the name of the VPN function in Zscaler, resulting in MRA being used for the client connection.
