Hope this is the correct area to ask vBrick Rev questions.
My company has vBrick Rev used for recording meeting videos.
The problem is the storage is getting full due to high usage volume.
I have set a rule in expiry management in vBrick to delete the videos after 30 days.
However, for new recordings the expiry management rule is set to non even though the 30 day deletion rule is set as default.
Any ideas on why the rule is not applying to the new videos?
I have tested and left over night (thought there might be some services that it needs to run at a period of time, however this doesn't seem to be the case) but the rule still not applying to the new videos.
The recordings get transcoded from CMS so not sure if something need to be done at CMS side?
