I am having a little trouble trying to figure out a VG248 issue. There are 25 ports configured in the CCM. Ports 1 and 2 work just fine, 3-25 ??? At first I thought I figured it out as the ports were disabled...I enabled the ports 3 - 48 ....What I see is 1 and 2 have the extension next to the enable the rest just show enable...In the "Port Status" ports 3-48 are down, 1-2 are up...I reset the VG a few times w/ no change...I am not sure how to change the status from down to up...Could you point me in the right direction...

What about the configuration on Callmanager, do you have extensions configured in CallManager for all ports? Try resetting individual devices from CallManager.

Do you get any error messages on the console of the VG248 regarding those 3-48 ports ? Can you recreate the extension for port 3 on CCM and reset the gateway ? Are you also getting any dial tone for a device plugged into port 3 (say) ?
What version of SW is running on the VG248.
