VG320 Call Dropping

Hello,

I am trying to configure a new VG320 for some analog phones and need some help troubleshooting. I have configured CUCM and the VG with a test line on port 0/0/1. When calling to or from the test line, initially everything works fine. The phone being called will ring, sometimes once or twice, but if not answered during this time the call is dropped. 

 

If the call is answered in time, I have two way audio and everything seems fine. 

 

I ran a packet capture and when the call isn't answered in time, I am seeing a 500 Internal Server Error.

 

This is my first time configuring a VG so I'm sure it's something in my configuration but any help would be appreciated.

Whats your No Answer Ring Duration (seconds) setting on CUCM for this line ?

 

timeouts ringing infinity is not required as Default value for SCCP-controlled analog port is infinity .

Thank you for the reply. I checked the ring no answer on this line in CUCM and it is set to 20 seconds so that doesn't seem to be the issue.
