It’s unclear what is on the other side of the VG450 here; I will assume CUCM with an MGCP or SCCP registration.

In either scenario you need to know whether this PAGA system wants line start or ground start signaling. Presumably it expects an FXS port since you selected a VG450. Some paging systems want an FXO port instead - so check their documentation.
