Video cannot be displayed on mobile phones

Dear

I have Cisco SNS v5.3 integrated with EMC storage throgh Wowza server , all videos are working very well on desktop P.Cs. After enable mobile applications on SNS , by using iphone & IPAD ,i cannot display the video, The video is loading  without any results . Any advise , to solve my problem.

Have you tried uploading new video content?  Content has to be reloaded to allow iPhone/iPad access.
