I recently deployed a Unity 4.0(5) UM integration and gave the users VMO to access their voicemail.
Only problem is when they try to play back via the phone, the phone rings, the message plays but the call does not hang up after the end of message.
Can this be altered somehow to make the system hang up the call?
Thanks,
CJ

Unity leaves the TRaP connection open for up to 60 seconds so that users can play/replay or record/re-record multiple wave files without having to reconnect the phone each time. Once the VMO form (or IE window) is closed, Unity will wait 5 seconds then disconnect the call. Users can also force the session to close by a) hanging up the phone or b)
stopping the AvTrapConnectionHolderSvr process on the client PC

Hi,
Thanks for the response - I'll try this out when I get a chance, it'll be a while til I get back onto that job again, though will update when I have tried this out. Looks promising...
thanks,
Chris
