I have configured unity server in its own domain. Added users for VMI. While importing I have set up the default password to 12345678. Now once the user is in with username, password and the domian information, needs to change the login password. How the user can change the default password to the personal one.

Cisco doesn't have a supported way to do this but you should be able to use these Microsoft KBs to get it working:
