Voice Mail "Enter ID" question

When retrieving Voice messages from anything other than the "messages" button users get "please enter ID". I don't know what this ID is. As far as I know the users have the "Pin and Password" for users web page and getting voice messages on their IP phones. What am I missing? One CallManager 3.2 and Unity 3.1(5) no remote sites.

It's the PIN, the number that shows up on the SA profile page for the subscriber. Usually, it's the same number as the phone extension for a given user.
