Hi
I'm having some problems running Cisco Softphones from at WIN95 WIN98 PC's. The phones has been set up as CTI clients and is working. BUT the voice quality is very poor (heaps of echo at the reciveing end). I'm using mono headset from Plantronics and Creative Soundblaster 16 PCI cards.
Does anybody know of if there are products, that work better with Cisco Shofphones or is this a common problem?
By the way the I'm using the Call Manager 3.0.7 on a MCS-7830.
