I am working with unity 10.5 but and configured unity but when i use the mailbox its not asking for a pin instead its going to the generic greeting that goes like this "cisco unity messaging system from a touch tone telephone you may dial an extension at any time and so on" what changes should i make so that it asks for a pin and lemme access the mailbox.

Is there a mailbox built from the number you are calling from?
Is this for all mailboxes or just one?

its happening for all the mailboxes. and by mail box built for the number i am calling from you mean???

Have you changed the call routing rules??
