Are there any "dashboard" real time at a glance packages for VoIP gateways? I am looking for software functionality that polls active call info and call history from a VoIP gateway and presents it in a dashboard view with the following:

busy hour

Active calls

Total

per peer

calls per hour

Total

Per peer

highwater mark active calls

Total

Per peer

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

VoIP Health Monitor will give you some of the functionality you’re looking for (http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/wr2k/cvoip/index.shtml) but it’s currently on release 1.0 so it’s not as feature packed as you’d like. I’m sure this will improve with time.

try the NetIQ product http://www.netiq.com/products/vm/default.asp Seems to be pretty good.
