The system of voice between two localities (A & B) we already have actives, but the problem consists of which when we have a call from A towards B is not listened to Ring back in A, but in locality B listened the ring in the telephone.

We are working with VOIP on frame realay, the bandwidth is of 64kbps and the Cir 32Kbps
