Web<->voice and cisco ICM, CCM (MediaBlnder? )

I want any user from web site could talk to our contact center ..

how can we implement this ability ...

I heard about MediaBlender .. is this right solution or perhaps Cisco announces any other products ?

The product you should look at is the Cisco Collaboration Server which hooks into your contact center through Media Blender. This link will give you some more information on this solution:
