I want any user from web site could talk to our contact center ..
how can we implement this ability ...
I heard about MediaBlender .. is this right solution or perhaps Cisco announces any other products ?

I am not sure I understand the question...Are you wanting a user to have the ability to speak to an agent through your website?? or chat?? There are some products out there that could do this and integrate with ICD

I want client had ability
1) to speak to agent . On example : Client press button on website ..gets Netmeeting running .. and Netmeeting is dialing direct to agent ...
2) Yes, to chat via website to teh agent also good idea . but this time i interested in implementing first ability ( to speak )
