Webex and Lync integration

Hi Team

What is the procedure to configure the integration between lync and webex? the customer adds in the lync console the domain webex.com and sitename.webex.com and the calls to a spark room or webex meetig never completes.

The customer dial webexnumber.sitename@webex.com, webexnumber@sitename.webex.com, username@sitename.lync.webex.com,  username.sitename@lync.webex.com and others options that i found in documentation.

All that is needed is to enable federation in your Lync to your WebEx site, the federation domain would be your sitename.webex.com.  It's covered in the "Configure Microsoft Skype for Business (or Lync) Federation" chapter of the Cisco WebEx Meeting Center Video Conferencing Enterprise Deployment Guide (WBS31 and WBS32).

We enable the federation on lync platform but we have the same result we need to done another thing for example in the spark admin site?

Did you add the domain lync.webex.com in your Lync server list of trusted federation partners?

Is the dialed address in the correct format?

• <userID>.<sitename>@lync.webex.com

Yes the administrator confirm the domain was added and we are dialing like you tell me.
