Hi all,
I configured Webex Hybrid Call Service Connect for some users.
I set the Busy Trigger on all of my lines to 1.
If I answer a call from deskphone and a second call comes on my number, it is forwarded to cloud and all of my Webex Teams clients ring, instead of a busy.
I double checked the line appearance on the Spark-RD line!
If I answer a call on my Webex Teams Client and a second one calls my number he get a busy.
Did I made a misconfiguration or did anyone noticed that behavior before and opened a case?
