I am trying to get the pc phone to register through the webex client.

the work around i used that worked is the following....

I issued this command, on another machine using Windows XP, I got the file and copied it to the local directory of the machine that was having the issue, (that machine was running Windows 7 64 bit)

Tftp -i <server ip> GET <Device Name>.cnf.xml

the phone registers once the file was copied down.

Any Thoughts?

Could you run that command in the Windows 7 64 bit in the cmd?

I guess you couldnt.

Windows 7 by default has the tftp command disabled.

You can enable it by going to:

Control Panel -> Programs -> Turn Windows features on or off

Then activate the TFTP Client feature.

I was able to run the command. The issue only happened on one pc running Windows 7 64 bit. I successfully installed WebEx on other Windows 7 64 bit machines.
